In general, entry to the Blue Lagoon is fully booked throughout the year. In order to reserve your desired date and time—and avoid the possibility that the lagoon will be sold out on the day you intend to visit—pre-booking is absolutely essential.

Amending a booking

To amend or cancel a booking, please visit my.bluelagoon.com. You cannot change the date or time of a booking after the originally selected date/time has passed.

Cancellations

• If you cancel with more than 48 hour notice: 100% is refunded
• If you modify your booking with less than 48 hour notice, we charge an extra fee of ISK 1800
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice: No refund is made
