All tours and transfers are operated through third parties.

Please note that Blue Lagoon is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or accidents arising from tours or transfers provided by third parties.

Cancellations and Booking Modifications:

All cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing to: retreathotel@bluelagoon.is or silicahotel@bluelagoon.is

Cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival or a penalty of the tour will be billed.

The same applies to no-shows.

No-shows will be charged to the client or credit card guaranteeing the reservation.

Rate Information:

Rates are in ISK. Exchange rates for other currencies are at the discretion of Blue Lagoon. All rates are subject to change.
